Alex and Steph from Sound and Spirit Events will guide you through a journey of relaxation and grounding in this restorative sound Bath and Meditation. They will guide you through the experience with gentle breathing and vocal techniques to bring you into the present moment, allowing you to drop into the experience. From there they will journey you through the meditation with Shruti Box, Ctystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Chimes, Flute, Voice and other therapeutic instruments.

Snuggle up on a comfy matt and blanket (supplied) and soak in the deep vibrations and earthly rythms for the Spring Equinox. This is when the earths axis is exactly perpendicular to the sun and day and night are equal lengths. This represents the point of balance between our inner and outer worlds and illustrates the balance between in-breath / out-breath. As we welcome the opposites of light and dark, the masculine and feminine, the inner and outer: it is also a time of insight, guidance, clarity and opportunity to reconnect with nature as we transition into days becoming longer than nights.

We will pause reflect and give thanks as we prepare for the arrival into the lightness and warmth of the coming summer.

Arrive by 4pm for 4:30pm start for Sound Healing but please feel free to come early, bring a picnic and wander the grounds of Berry House as part of the Maitland Rotary Club Garden Ramble event which is on from 10am - 4pm.

The recently renovated original servant quarters (now boutique accomodation) will be open for viewing along with the historic old stables and local landmark on Duckenfield Rd

Don't miss out on this unique chance to harmonize your being. See you there!
